Please Note: Regatta's taking place over a greater than 8 week time frame will be priced $3.00 per boat registered for each 8 week time period.
(eg. a 15 week regatta  will be $6.00 per boat, a 22 week regatta will be $9.00 per boat).

² Premier Regatta Surcharge

Premier Regattas those that have event fees totaling more than $250.00 will be subject to a surcharge of 0.5% of the fee that exceeds $250.

Optional Race Features: (Activated on a per/event basis)

• WebApp ($0.25 / per registered boat): This feature allows race organizers to send each registered boat owner a customized link to the RMS WebApp which they can use for various race-related functions such as; online race check-in, fleet changes, time trial entry and other functions as they become available.
• Sponsor logos/links ($0.25 / per registered boat): This feature allows race organizers to include event sponsors logos and links to their website on the event information page (if hosted by RMS).
• Conditional Fee Structures ($0.25 / per registered boat): The ability to charge a different base fee for an event determined by parameters such as division, sail configuration, boat type, loa, age, or rating.
• Custom Overall Scoring ($0.25 / per registered boat): Custom Overall Scoring allows you to create additional overall scoring tabs each using a subset of races in your regatta. Each tab has it own throwout settings. Useful for daily scoring, sub series scoring or practice race scoring.
• Daily Registration ($0.25 / per registered boat): Ability to register and pay for each race in a multi-day regatta separately.
• Crew Registration/Online Waivers ($0.25 /per crew/ per registered boat): Skipper supplies names and emails of crew members and an online waiver form is emailed to the crew member for completion.

• Create social events for your club. Sell tickets and optional items, manage RSVP lists. Cost is $1.00 per registratnt + 1.0% of sales.
  (Note: Socials are included in the membership packages)

Membership Bronze Level - For small fleets like local PHRF or One Design.

Includes:
On Line membership sign up/renewal and payment.
Integration into your existing web site or a simple site on our system.

Membership Silver Level: - Good for larger organizations needing a variety of membership types:

Member Number and verification tools for race discounts.
Social event management on line RSVP's and payment if needed(up to 30 socials per year.)
 Additional membership items eg. party tickets, mooring, transport,donations.

Membership Gold Level: - Yacht Clubs

Includes:
All Silver level features.
New member wait lists and Initiation Fee management.
Member Work Credit Tracking.
Customizable Member Login Landing page.
API tools for integrating into existing Club Website.
$4.50 per member per year.

Junior Programs:

Includes:
On Line registration and payment for club junior sailing programs.
Support for multiple program types. Custom date ranges. Support for various forms: medical, legal guardian, insurance, waivers, etc.
1.5% of program fees.

Credit Card Processing Fees.

2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction.
Only applies to transactions paid by credit card.
Integrated check out using our Credit Card processor - Stripe Inc.
Refunds with the exceoption of the original credit fee are free.
Credit Card funds will be available for transfer to you 2-7 days after payment. ³

Custom Support Fees:

• Race Setup Fee - Setting up races is really simple using our system, however we realize there are times when you just don't have the time to do the setup yourself.  Send us your SI's and NOR and for $75.00 one time fee we do the setup work. New customers: we will set your first race up for you for free.
